Device for processing used tyres   RETYRUS 1100.1

The system RETYRUS 1100.1 is quiet simple device which reliably and continually decomposes tyres to useful products. Such device you will not find on the market. The accumulation of used tyres is critical around the world. It demands solutions like this. A critical situation with used tyres motivated the development of commercially available technology which is branded as RETYRUS 1100.2.

After requirements of customer in design and functional design are agreed, TyReCycle a.s. will manufacture and supply RETYRUS 1100 device.

The capacity of the device is about 1 ton of processed tires per hour and the maximum outer diameter of the tire is limited to 1100 mm.

RETYRUS 1100.X is mobile, placed in a container with a ground plan of 9 x 2.5 m. It is dependent on a three-phase power supply of 11 kW, protected by 16 A circuit breakers.

Feedstocks:

Whole tires up to 1.1 m (outside diameter must not exceed 1100 mm)

Output Products:

- an energy oil having a calorific value of 41.5 MJ / kg with a sulfur content of about 1% in an amount of 500 - 650 kg / hour (ie the maximum usable energy of this product is 20750 MJ which corresponds to 5.76 MWh in the case of production of 500 kg / h and with a production of 650 kg / h the maximum usable energy is 26975 MJ, equivalent to 7.49 kWh. Of course, this amount is theoretical because the actual value of usable energy is related to the efficiency of the energy producing device);

waste soot with a calorific value of 21 to 24 MJ / kg with a sulphur content of about 2% in an amount of 100 to 150 kg / hour (energy utilization 2100 MJ (583 kWh) to 3600 MJ (1000 kWh)), SO2 emission control;

waste heat from the off-gas impact - the estimated amount determined from the heat exchanger is from 60 to 350 kWh

- steel cords of 100 to 200 kg / hour.
